As one of the most popular marinas on the west coast, our slips are often leased well in advance. Please call 949-496-6137 for information on current vacancies. Should your desired slip size be fully booked, stay ahead of the game by completing an application and joining our wait list. As soon as an appropriate slip becomes available, our team will contact you asap.
Current Slip Rates
Our slip prices are based on the length of the dock or the overall length of your vessel—whichever is greater. If your boat is longer than the dock length, we charge a small fee for every additional foot up to the maximum allowable length in the designated slip size.

Guest Rental Basics
Ready to dock at one of the west coast’s most stunning marinas? Here are some guidelines to prepare you for a smooth visit.
- Reserve your slip up to 180 days in advance
- Provide a valid photo ID, current vessel registration/documentation, and proof of current vessel liability insurance with a minimum $500,000 in coverage
- Payments are required in advance to secure reservations
- Abide by our marina rules and regulations
- Slip reservations are limited to 30 days between Memorial Day and Labor Day and up to 90 days during off-season
Guest Dock Slips
We currently have 43 guest slips to accommodate vessels sized from 25 feet to over 70 feet. Our daily rates are based on the size of your boat and require payment in full at the time of booking your reservation.
If your plans change, please cancel in writing at least 72 hours before the 1 pm check-in time to receive a full refund. If you give us less than 72 hours, we’ll be unable to process a refund or a credit. Keep in mind, there are also no refunds or credits available for early departures.
